All Light Writer Apparel products are hand made and take time and care to make. Products can take between 2-6 weeks to get to the buyer. If the buyer is shipping out of the US, shipping times may take longer.
Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items are eligible for exchange if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
To return your product, you should contact firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
All payments are made at the time of purchase and are final unless item arrives defective, or damaged in transport. Payments can be made via paypal, or credit/debit card.
